Job Description
Our client located just outside Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Production Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Production Manager position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Previous assembly/molding experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to read specifications/technical drawings
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Thursday 7am-4pm with potential for Friday hours
- $75k/year

- Manage daily operations and participate in production meetings
- Lead production team to meet quality and production requirements
- Complete paperwork and ensure accuracy
- Plan team member production work
- Work with quality department on issues
- Ensure quality checks are completed
- Foster a safety-first work environment
- Monitor equipment for efficient operation and safety, report issues and ensure correction
- Train, monitor, and assess team member performance
- Other projects as assigned
