Job Description

Our fast-paced client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Production Manager to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Production Manager position are as follows:
 
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., food, supplements, pharmaceuticals)  
  • 3-5 years leadership/supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP systems (21 CFR 110, 111)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Benefits you will receive as the Production Manager:
 
  • $75K-95K/year, depending on experience
  • Direct-hire opportunity
  • Full-time, first-shift schedule
For the Production Manager position your duties will include:
 
  • Lead and develop team members, providing a strong and visible presence on the production floor
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes
  • Ensure products meet safety, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery standards
  • Use KPIs and production metrics to monitor performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions
  • Other tasks as assigned
