Our client in the Gardner, MA area is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Production Supervisor position are as follows:
- Associate Degree or equivalent leadership experience will be considered
- 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office, Teams, Excel and Word
- Ability to read blueprints and process sheets
- CNC turning and milling experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking
- Must have strong work ethic and lead by example
- Direct hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday 1st shift hours
- $75,000-90,000+ based on skills and experience

- Manage daily production activities and quality
- Track and report daily goal status
- Organize and balance workflow
- Ensure safe working environment and adherence to company policies
- Create and improve standard operating procedures
- Supervise team and create performance/development goals
- Provide coaching, discipline for team members
- Employee relations
- Implement/conduct training programs
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives
- Other related duties as requested
