Our client company in Peterborough is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their small but growing team!

Your qualifications for the Production Supervisor position:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3-5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Good computer skills, including experience with MRP systems
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Must be able to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds frequently

As the Production Supervisor your benefits will include:

• Temp to Hire position
• Full Time Monday – Friday 7am-4pm schedule
• $64k-$69k year depending on skills and experience

Your duties as the Production Supervisor:

• Plan and schedule workload
• Ensure employees complete assignments to satisfy priorities
• Track activity in MRP system
• Check inbound materials and finished product for quality
• Manage inventory to meet production goals
• Assist in production to meet goals
• Communicate daily production schedule status
• Assist general manager and supervise department when needed
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as required
