Job Description

Our client located in Bellows Falls, VT, is looking for Production Workers to join their team on both 1st and 2nd shift! 

Your qualifications for the Production Worker position are as follows:
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Good written/verbal communication skills
  • Good mechanical ability
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Solid work history a must!
Benefits you will receive as the Production Worker:
  • Temp to hire position
  • Full time Monday – Friday schedule with voluntary overtime
  • Openings on 1st shift 7am-3pm and 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
  • $21/hour and there is a $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
  • Once hired on, eligible for full company benefits
Your responsibilities as the Production Worker:
  • Set up and operate production equipment
  • Perform quality checks
  • Follow production SOPs and guidelines
  • Maintain neat and tidy work area
  • Follow all safe work practices
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Collaborate with others to meet company objectives
  • Support other projects as assigned
