Job Description
Our busy manufacturing client in Peterborough, NH is looking for a QA Engineer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the QA Engineer position are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent
- Quality/manufacturing engineering experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13xx series
- Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- ASQ certification preferred
- Solid understanding of root cause analysis, quality improvement/auditing
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel ability
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Full Time direct hire position
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm schedule
- Up to $87k/year depending on skills and experience

- Review technical requirements for customer specifications
- Ensure customer quality requirements are met
- Develop/implement internal quality documents
- Perform necessary audits
- Troubleshoot quality issues and perform root cause analysis
- Assist with programs and new quality initiatives
- Communicate with customers
- Monitor KPIs and lead performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Identify areas of improvement
- Attend meetings as Quality representative
