Our client in Athol, MA is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Quality Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelors degree in a related technical field
- 5+ years recent/relevant Quality Management experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office, Teams, Excel and Word
- Database and report generation software experience
- Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance standards and methodologies
- Superior numerical skills
- Excellent data analysis and statistical method skills
- Black Belt Six Sigma preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Must have strong work ethic and lead by example
- Ability to drive results
- Direct hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday 1st shift hours 6am-3:30pm
- Very competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience

- Oversee quality assurance department
- Implement/monitor/review/enforce policies and procedures
- Monitor quality testing and implement operational control plans

- Develop and implement quality management system
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives
- Perform quality audits
- Other related duties as requested
