Our client in Rockingham, VT is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Quality Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, may consider equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years quality leadership experience in manufacturing
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ERP experience is a plus
- ASQ certification/6 sigma black/green belt is a plus
- Solid understanding of international standards and quality system regulations
- Document control/record management experience
- Knowledge of root cause analysis
- Ability to coach and lead other team members
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work hours as necessary to meet company objectives
- Direct hire position
- Full time 1st shift hours Monday - Friday
- $80-$100k/year depending on skills and experience
- Medical/dental/vision/life insurance

- Oversight of Quality team
- Collaborate with others to meet company objectives
- Prioritize tasks, set goals, and communicate with staff
- Manage plant quality systems
- Identify opportunities for improvement/Manage continuous improvement activities
- Oversee team member instruction/direction
- Respond to customer complaints
- Develop systems to meet customer requirements
- Maintain compliance and regulatory requirements
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Audit work to ensure sustained improvement
- Process documentation as required
- Lead management with Lead Six Sigma principles
- Evaluate supplier products/raw materials for compliance
- Communicate with suppliers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
