Quality Technician
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Quality Technician position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3+ years test and lab equipment experience
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
- Good mechanical/technical ability and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time 3rd shift schedule 5pm-5am (rotating 2-2-3)Â
- Week 1: Work Monday & Tuesday, Off Wednesday & Thursday, Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Off Monday & Tuesday, Work Wednesday & Thursday, Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- $20-$22/hour plus $2.50/hour shift differential
- Once hired on, Health/Dental/Vision insurance
- Once hired on, bonus opportunity based on performance
- Once hired on, tuition reimbursement
- Once hired on, paid time off and holidays
- Understand product defects and perform visual checks
- Follow equipment procedures to perform tests
- Complete paperwork
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Communicate non-compliance and scrap
- Perform audits as assigned
- Collaborate with team to meet goals
- Maintain safe workplace
- Follow all company policies and procedures
