Job Description

Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Recruiter to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Recruiter position are as follows:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, experience considered
  • 1+ years recent/relevant talent acquisition/recruiting experience
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Union/medical provider experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to follow through and sense of urgency
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Direct Hire position
  • Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility
  • $62K - $68K/year depending on skills and experience

  • Full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Act as subject matter expert within organization
  • Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and select talent

  • Develop range of sourcing resources
  • Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
  • Manage/attend hiring events as needed
  • Utilize social media/networking to expand results
  • Other duties as assigned
