Job Description
Your qualifications for the Recruiter position are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, experience considered
- 1+ years recent/relevant talent acquisition/recruiting experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Union/medical provider experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities to meet deadlines
- Commitment to follow through and sense of urgency
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Direct Hire position
- Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility
- $62K - $68K/year depending on skills and experienceÂ
- Health/Dental/Vision insurance

- Act as subject matter expert within organization
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and select talent
- Develop talent pool to ensure a diverse set of high quality employees
- Develop range of sourcing resources
- Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Manage/attend hiring events as needed
- Utilize social media/networking to expand results
- Other duties as assigned
