Our manufacturing client located just outside of Keene NH is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity.

Sales Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Data entry and clean up within the CRM and MRP systems
  • Prepare sales quotes
  • Enter orders
  • Process customer supplier forms
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Scanning and filing
  • Assist with trade show coordination and travel arrangements
  • Social Media management
  • Answer phones

Sales Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in an office setting 
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Solid computer skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM and/or MRP a plus
