Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Sanitation Supervisor position are as follows:

• 3+ years sanitation experience, preferably in manufacturing
• 2+ years supervisory experience 
• Knowledge of cleaning systems
• Must have knowledge of HACCP, GMP, WHMIS
• First aid certification
• Solid understanding of lock out/tag out procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to stand and move about throughout the shift in variable environments
• Self-motivated and commitment to follow through
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

For the Sanitation Supervisor position your duties will include:

• Supervise sanitation team on 3rd shift
• Monitor all facility and equipment cleaning/sanitation
• Facilitate trainings and establish best practices
• Ensure GMPs and established processes are followed
• Assist with hiring process
• Employee relations/performance evaluations
• Prepare reports as needed
• Maintain inventory
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities
• Other duties as assigned
