Seasonal Customer Care Representative

Our client located in Walpole NH is looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to assist through their busy season.  This position will begin mid October and go through the end of December.  The schedule will vary - starting with 20-25 hours for the first two weeks of training and then will increase to 30 hours per week.  The shift will start at 12pm and can go as late as 6pm but there may be some flexibility with this.  During December some Saturdays may be required as well. This fun and fast paced opportunity is offering $14-$16/hour depending on experience.  

Customer Care Representative Duties:

  • Become familiar with the website and all of the products
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries
  • Provide top-notch customer care and high level of service at all times
  • Receive and process customer orders through various channels
  • Acknowledge and address all customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of all customer interactions, transactions and feedback
  • Communicate with team members, other departments and management as needed

Customer Care Representative Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service 
  • Experience with busy multi-line phone systems
  • Solid computer skills - MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to problem solve, research issues and identify resolutions in a timely manner
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Able to work a flexible schedule - more or less hours as needed and on short notice
