Our client located in Walpole NH is looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to assist through their busy season.  This position will begin in early October and go through the end of December.  The schedule will vary - starting with part time and then will increase hours as it gets closer to Christmas.  The schedule will be working Monday – Friday 12pm-5:30pm or 8am-1pm to start and then transitioning to 11am-5:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, or 9am-5:30pm shifts.  This fun and fast paced opportunity is offering $14-$16/hour depending on experience.  

Your duties as the Customer Care Representative:

  • Become familiar with the website and all of the products
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries
  • Provide top-notch customer care and high level of service at all times
  • Receive and process customer orders through various channels
  • Acknowledge and address all customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of all customer interactions, transactions and feedback
  • Communicate with team members, other departments and management as needed

Your qualifications for the Customer Care Representative position:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service 
  • Experience with busy multi-line phone systems
  • Solid computer skills - MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to work at a fast pace and multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to problem solve, research issues and identify resolutions in a timely manner
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Able to work a flexible schedule - more or less hours as needed and on short notice
