Our client, a busy professional office located in Keene, has an immediate need for a Senior Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time temp to hire position that will have you working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and offers a pay rate of $20-$27/hour depending on skills and experience. 

Once hired on you will also be eligible for their comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental insurance, paid time off, and enrollment in the NH State Retirement System.

Your duties as the Senior Administrative Assistant:
  • Executive level assistance for senior administrator
  • Plan/organize schedules, workflow, and procedures
  • Multitask to complete various assignments
  • Work independently to analyze problems to assist administrator
  • Compile data to analyze and provide reports and other correspondence
  • Coordinate board meetings and activities
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Other tasks as assigned
Your skills/qualifications for the Senior Administrative Assistant position:
  • Associates Degree, equivalent experience may be considered
  • 4+ recent and relevant professional office management/administrative experience
  • Understanding of complex organizational structure
  • Basic accounting aptitude and experience working with a board of directors are a plus
  • Solid math skills
  • Excellent professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior customer service and public relations skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of administrative procedures
  • Solid technology skills including record keeping, database management, and reporting
  • Experience with budget administration
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
