Our client in Langdon, NH is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team! 

Your qualifications for the Senior Administrative Assistant position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma, degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years recent and relevant professional administrative experience
  • Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and email
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player, organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to use time efficiently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
Benefits you will receive as the Senior Administrative Assistant:
  • Temp to hire position
  • Full time Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm schedule with some flexibility
  • $17-$21.50/hour based on skills and experience

As the Senior Administrative Assistant your duties will include:
  • Assist with department budget preparation and tracking
  • Maintain department supply inventory
  • Enter invoices and maintain vendor information in database
  • Order and distribute supplies
  • Maintain records and files
  • Process paperwork and prepare documentation/correspondence
  • Prepare reports and process billing
  • Assist with meeting schedules
  • Oversee staff time and attendance
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • General administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned
