Our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team in the Keene NH and Brattleboro VT area!

  • Your qualifications for the Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • Current Property & Casualty license required, additional professional designations preferred
  • 3-5+ years insurance industry experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Good computer/technical skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and negotiation abilities
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple shifting priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Must possess pleasant customer service demeanor
  • High Speed Internet

As the Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager your duties will include:

  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Analyze coverage/contracts at a high level
  • Thorough understanding of insurance carriers and markets
  • Collaborate with, delegate to, and mentor team members
  • Manage policy issuance and renewals
  • Manage workflow in an efficient and timely manner
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Maintain and grow industry knowledge, participate in networking and educational opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to meet objectives
  • Any additional duties as assigned
