Our client, a world-class company in the Keene, NH area, is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Staff Accountant to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Senior Manufacturing Staff Accountant position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3-5+ years recent/relevant experience
- Must have manufacturing accounting experience
- Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, ERP system
- Microsoft Navision/Business Central experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Proven leadership and collaborative skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently with shifting priorities to meet deadlines
- Direct hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday office hours in Keene
- Competitive pay depending on skills and experience

- Overall management of finance/accounting and compliance activities
- Journal entries and reconciliations
- Month-end close
- Assist with balance sheet and income statement
- Accounts receivable and revenue analysis
- Internal control activities
- Revenue recognition
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations
- Act as finance/accounting resource to others
- Ensure company polices and procedures are followed
- Special projects as needed
