Job Description

Our client located in Bellows Falls, VT is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Maintenance Technician position are as follows:
 
  • At least 1 year of machine maintenance/repair and/or industrial service experience, including hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
  • Associate degree or vocational training in industrial maintenance, machine tool mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals and use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods of time
Benefits you will receive as the Maintenance Technician:
 
  • $24-$34/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, first-shift schedule
For the Maintenance Technician position your duties will include:
 
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to support manufacturing operations
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment
  • Help install or upgrade machinery and building systems
  • Follow documentation, safety, and housekeeping policies
  • Work as part of a team to resolve issues
  • Other tasks as assigned
