Job Description
Our growing manufacturing client in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic II to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Maintenance Mechanic II position are as follows:
- High School Diploma or GED, Technical certification preferred
- 8+ years’ maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing setting
- Solid understanding and experience with CNC milling machines
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM
- Strong mechanical ability
- Welding skills are a plus
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals/blueprints
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and good work ethic
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable with excellent attendance
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Direct Hire position
- Full time rotating schedule 6am-6pmÂ
- $24-$27+/hour depending on skills and experience

- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Perform emergency repairs
- Complete welding, plumbing, electrical, lockout/tagout procedures
- Surface grinding and welding
- Oversees maintenance operations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
