Our client located in the Peterborough, NH area is looking for a Director of Supply Chain for their team!

Your qualifications for the Director of Supply Chain position are as follows:
 
  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing, with supply chain responsibility in production scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and/or inventory management  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing and ISM certification
  • ERP proficiency required

For the Director of Supply Chain position your duties will include:
 
  • Strategically source materials to ensure optimal inventory levels and lowest possible costs
  • Develop strategies to source new materials and suppliers to ensure long term supply
  • Assist in raw material negociations, contract development, department strategy, and implementation
  • Provide direction to buyers for negotiations, contract development, and supplier terms
  • Foster strong supplier relationships and act as primary contact for customers
  • Work with various internal teams to ensure continued efficiencies and to meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Other tasks as assigned
