Job Description

Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for Machine Operators to join their team!  

Your qualifications for the Machine Operator position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year previous manufacturing experience
  • Extrusion experience is a plus
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to use adjustable measuring instruments
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work hours as needed to meet business requirements
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

  • Full time 2nd and 3rd shift schedules available
  • $19-$23+/hour depending on experience plus $2/hour shift differential for 2nd and $3/hour shift differential for 3rd

For the Machine Operator position your duties will include:
  • Set up and operate machinery following orders and instructions
  • Make adjustments as necessary
  • Measure and inspect results
  • Record data in system as needed
  • Weigh/record scrap as required
  • Report all quality and equipment issues to supervisor
  • Ensure workspace is safe, clean, and compliant
  • Other related duties as needed
