Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Sr HR and Payroll Assistant to join their team!  

Your qualifications for the Sr HR and Payroll Assistant position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma, Associates Degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years recent/related HR experience
  • 2+ years payroll processing experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, payroll, and database systems
  • Solid understanding of employment law, workers compensation, employee relations/training, organizational planning/development, safety, and compensation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems

  • Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility on start and end times
  • $21-$29/hour depending on skills and experience

For the Sr HR and Payroll Assistant position your duties will include:
  • Process weekly payroll
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Administer benefits and answer employee inquiries
  • Act as HR resource for employees
  • Administrative support for HR department
  • Event planning
  • Other projects as requested
