Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Technical Sales Engineering Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Technical Sales Engineering Manager position are as follows:
 
  • Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering  
  • Strong interest in PLC-based industrial automation
  • Experience with cogeneration or power generation systems
  • Experience in electrical design of control systems and/or familiarity with industrial electrical systems preferred
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • $120K-$140K/year, depending on experience

For the Technical Sales Engineering Manager position your duties will include:
 
  • Design PLC-based control systems for large industrial equipment
  • Define project scope, draft electrical schematics, and research and select components
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documents
  • Lead technical sales discussions with customers and OEM partners
  • Serve as point of contact for customers through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract
  • Support system testing and commissioning
  • Other tasks as assigned
