Temporary Administrative Assistant

Our client located in Keene NH is looking for an organized and professional administrative candidate to assist them with a project on a temporary basis.  This is an immediate full-time position expected to last 2-4 weeks - possibly longer. 

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Organize and sort accounting and business records for 5+ businesses
  • Organize and scan receipts
  • Make copies and file paperwork
  • Create spreadsheets to organize and track data/records

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years of general clerical/office experience
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office Word and Excel
  • Experience building spreadsheets
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • General understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles a plus
