Temporary Executive Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Temporary Executive Assistant position are as follows:
- Associates Degree
- 5+ years professional office administrative experience
- Good computer skills and ability to use general office equipment
- Pleasant/professional customer service demeanor
- Experience with written business correspondence
- Understanding of human resources functions
- General knowledge of budgeting process
- Superior spelling/grammar skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask using effective time management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Flexibility to attend evening meetings as needed
- Temporary position
- Estimated 12 week duration
- Full time schedule Monday – FridayÂ
- $20-$25/hour depending on skills and experience
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- General office administrative duties to support daily operations
- Prepare written communications, forms, contracts and other records
- Calendar management
- Assist with department inquiries and research as needed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain files and records
- Prepare meeting agenda and distribute materials
- Attend meetings and take minutes (2 evenings per month)
- Update website
- Order office supplies
- Assist and recommend best practices policies and procedures
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as required
